Dr. Pratisthit Lal Shrestha, Assistant Professor and Principal Investigator of the Design Lab at Kathmandu University School of Engineering, gave the keynote address at the Summer STEAM Camp and Expo 2083. Held in Hetauda, the event was co-organized by the Astronova Foundation Nepal and the Hetauda Research and Innovation Center (HRIC). The expo brought together school and college students from across the region to showcase innovative projects in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). The event served as a platform for young innovators to present solutions addressing real-world challenges through engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence, agriculture, environmental sustainability, and smart technologies.
